[Shotimes] stumble with AC?

My wife's car has developed an occasional stumble at idle, but only with 
the AC on. My car used to do the same thing, but hasn't done it since I 
replaced the motor mount. Is there any relation? It keeps getting worse 
and worse and I'm afraid it's gonna kill her engine eventually. Any 
ideas as to what it might be and how to fix it? Is her compressor going 
bad? Or should I just replace her motor mount?
