21 mm is the size of the rear nuts on the tension struts, where they go through the
center of the LCAs.  Those have to be removed to replace the struts, even if you are
not removing the LCAs.  They are the largest nuts encountered in a front end strut
swap that does not change the TS bushings.

If one of those is loose or off, the car will drive funny...it will pull straight on
acceleration, but on coast or brake, it will pull to one side as the camber changes
dramatically when the strut/knuckle assembly moves backwards.  If the nut is off,
the wheel/knuckle could become totally loose in the wheelwell, causing severe damage
to the car.

Make sure those are tight.  I drove home from Indiana/2000 with the left one loose,
after getting a new bearing just prior to the convention.  WIERD feeling!!
