[Shotimes] Hard Starting Again...

Hey Guys... I'll never say it's fixed again, you just 
end up jynxing yourself. After I said my 95 MTX was
starting instantly, it's gone back to...if it does'nt
start the first 3 seconds of cranking, chances are I
will have to resort to flooring the pedal to get it to
start. Someone said it may be the fuel check valve.
The car is STILL on warrantee, but expires this Oct.
Would a competant shop, (I have one) be able to do a 
check on this fuel check valve. The warrantee company
will NOT pay for the guessing game new parts
installed.
They have to be assured the said part is at fault.
