[Shotimes] Hard Starting Again...

Well it's easy to check. The pressure should not bleed down faster than 5 
psi in 5 min. after the engine is off. If it does then change the check 
valve. But I never have found it separately, I just change the pump and you 
get a new check valve.
 I forgot: Have you changed the IAB?
