I got a new back window a couple of years ago, when Lowrider got spliced. They
listed for $2K...but I got this one for $200. I took the original one to work on a
midshift last fall, and scraped the tint off with a razor blade. I was able to save
the defroster, since I had a good angle of attack and no stress on the muscles. It
is usable, but a new one is a new one. I'll keep the old one for later. I have a
spare liftgate glass for the wagon. Imagine how much THOSE cost new. I paid $25
for it at PnP. On a sale day, I could get the whole liftgate for that much, which I
should do. But they take a lot of room to store.
