Yes.  Windex and possibly a razor blade is all you need.  For the back
window, forgo the razor blade in order to avoid messing up the defroster
lines.

Ammonia will dissolve the tinting glue.  Plain ol' Windex may be enough.
Just spray it on and let it soak for a bit.
