(Sorry. Not sure what I hit but the message left while I was typing it.)

The SHO performed great! I am very pleased with the handling of the car.
It was always exactly where I thought it should be. First race I ran with
brakes and cluth the whole time. The car stunk like fried clutch after the
run. The next three runs I got to second and stayed there, and never
touched the brakes or clutch. Even when I thought, "I am going to fast for
this corner." the car pulled through it and kept going. Only once did the
back end get out of line, and that was only slightly. I was amazed with how
fast it could go from hard left to hard right. I am sure with performance
tires that car would offer more performance then I could make use of.

My only concern with the car was that after each of the four runs I could
smell clutch. I am afraid that stomping the gas coming out of the corners
was more then my stock clutch wanted to deal with. I think if I do this to
often I will need to upgrade to a stronger clutch.

Next week another group is having a "Test and Tune" day. I am hoping for
better weather.
