[Shotimes] Off Subject

Hey Guys... this is off subject, but perhaps someone
has gone through this. I have a problem with my home
AC.I have a  2 1/2 Ton compressor unit in a 1700
square foot home. This ranch style home sits in the
sun from sun up till sun down... NO shade !!!!!
After checking and re-checking all systems,
(all checked OK) I have come to the conclusion that I
need a 3 1/2 Ton compressor. Any and all thoughts are
appreciated.
