[Shotimes] Convention 2007 Update

That is an older poll.  We had to eliminate Viriginia and the Carolinas 
(and VIR, nice as it is) because of costs and the fact that we have 
groups of very good and involved people in both Michigan and the far 
NE.  Chances are we will wind up going to BOTH locations, we are just 
trying to determine in what order.
