[Spridgets] Oh Yessss!

Kansas.   Need I say more?   Ice all over everything. Powerlines and trees
down eveywhere. Presently 26F with light snow. When skies clear tonight
we'll bottom out around 15F.  Oh....  Wind Chill is currently 9F.  You can
take your T-shirt weather and.......... <grump!>
