[Spridgets] Speedo Cable Interchange

Ok, I'll set everybody straight.
PPP is correct, 948, 1098, and 1275s all take the same speedo cable.
BUT starting in 1968 when they went to the "collapsible" steering column 
and the smaller speedometer, they rerouted the cable.
BMC cars up thru 1967 routed the cable thru the footwell next to the 
steering column and to the speedo.
BL with the changed column, routed the cable up to the firewall and thru 
it next to the choke cable, it is shorter.
