[Spridgets] Clear Hooters 41 Info?

I found a red painted snale horn with Clear Hooters on the front and 41
stamped on the back in a box of BI stuff. I have no idea when or how I got it.
Googled and ebayed it with no hits. Anybody have any knowledge about this horn
they might share?
