[Spridgets] Snow in Britain

It's pretty pathetic if you saw how little snow was involved.  I've  soon 
more snow as a kid cause less problems.  Still I got to work all week  (I always 
walk to the train station) and the train was on time except for that  one day 
it was early.
 
The real problem is that everyone from the schools to the dustmen are  
worried about being sued because they have no real grasp of a risk assessment or  an 
acceptable risk.
