I campaigned an almost stock '67 Sprite (daily driver) in Solo II in 
the late '70's -early '80's, but dropped soon after Pirelli started 
offering a sets of P7's as a prize fot FTD at local events and folks 
started putting some serious $$$ into the cars.
I had 5 kids to raise!!

But "those were the days"   ;^))
