[Spridgets] Super Cuda

Well it certainly LOOKS like a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda!! (My brother-in-law
had one). Doesn't that fit the predominant world wide race series, NASCAR,
rules to make it a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda??
