[Spridgets] Titanium - working with it - could be LBC content

We stopped doing Ti years ago. Make a pass, throw out the tool.

I damn near
fired an engineer the other day for putting an Inconel butterfly in a
stainless valve design because "the butterfly is off the shelf, and stainless
would have required a new program." Inconel is another where you make the
part, scrap the cutter. Kids today don't understand that the cost of writing
the new CNC program pays for itself first pass. Wait...he's 61 years old...
