Thanks, Peter.  Feel free to pick away!  I don't think hard feelings are
allowed on Team.net.

If Sears didn't want to replace the tools, they shouldn't have an unlimited
warranty on them.  IMO, it is a very good marketing tool and it is what has
kept me buying Craftsman tools, to the extent that I have spent waaay more
at Sears Hardware than I could ever expect to get back in warranty
replacements.  And I still keep buying.  Plus, I buy other shi...er...stuff
when I am there.

Its kinda like coupons.  If the retailer complains they aren't making enough
money, stop giving out coupons!

If I need an occasional tool and know I won't use it often, I stop by Harbor
F.  They have disposable tools that are cheep.  And I have discussed this
with Frank many times in the past.  (I don't think he agreed!)
