Although it is running fine, you may also want to run a compression check.
Sometimes you can get a failure of the head gasket between #2 and #3 that
won't be very detectable from a seat-of-the-pants aspect. It will eventually
get obvious. You will also want to verify that your timing isn't
over-advanced.
