[Spridgets] soft top renew / protect

I'd like to get some product to apply to my 5 year old top that will renew
it a bit, so I can hold off installing a new one for a while if possible.

I've seen 303 and Raggtopp and Renovo and others, is there a product anyone
here has used and recommends?

I'm looking for something to clean it and then treat it to protect from UV
and add some water proofing.
Making it look all pretty and black again would be nice too.
