[Tigers] removing side window

I sure don't see any rivets. The glass pane inserts into a U shaped rubber 
channel, and that goes into a solid U shaped steel channel. It's spot welded 
to the guide that accepts the sliding window regulator studs or "cams" I 
think they are called. drilling out the spot welds wouldn't do anything to 
free the window glass.
