[Tigers] wheels/tires

I have original Minilites,  13"  on my Tiger,  but when they are removed and
reinstalled it is always PAIN to get them to run true,  I have to keep
loosening/adjusting tightening to get them centered -- I guess none of these
aftermarket wheels were hub centric,  any body else with this issue....wheels
are perfectly straight and have toyo RA-1 tires,  probably one of the last
good 13" tires left,  not long on wear, but STICK,  Clyde
