[Tigers] wheels/tires

I had the same issue with my old Panasports. I was always ending up with the 
center hub getting pushed out as I tightened down the lugs. I guess they 
make the wheels to fit anything so they make the center hole big enough to 
fit larger hubs. It was a pain.
