Does anyone have any good information about putting in a claim to USAA for
an uninsured motorist claim?

A driver in my family other than me, who will go nameless, parked one of my
cars on the driveway.  At some point during the night, apparently the
parking brake wasn't tight enough, and the car started to roll down the
driveway - straight into ANOTHER one of my cars!  Two cars with one fell
swoop.

The damage is about $3,500 to the car that got hit.  And the car that did
the hitting, well the molded bumper seems to have popped itself back out in
the heat.

Admittedly and fortunately, none of the cars are Sunbeams.

I'm trying to debate if it is worth putting in a claim, or if the premiums
will go up too much.  My wife tells me when we put in a claim on our
homeowner's insurance with USAA for some damage to the house (not from a
rolling car), our premiums went up a lot.
