[Tigers] Steering wheel

If you do any tapping on any part of the steering column, then make sure you
just slack off the bolt or nut a turn; don't remove it all the way. Otherwise,
if the slide mechanism does come free you may knock the sliding part into the
nether regions of the steering column and it will be hard to recover from
there.
