[Tigers] Fuel Pumps

[Jay Laifman]

On going from a lower volume, lower pressure pump, to a higher
volume/pressure pump, is there a reason I should check the float bowl
levels?  I'm assuming I don't need to.  But I've been wrong on fluid
dynamics before.
