[Tigers] Short Sh(r)ift

The Tigers had a short shifter for the early cars as the car was new and
they hadn't forseen the issue (surprisingly) that the 3rd gear position for
LHD and 1st for RHD would be a long reach. Thats why they developed a Tiger
specific part shortly after that was longer and cranked to assist with the
reach issue. Chalk that up to some short UK test drivers with the seat a
long way forwrad?

As a side note I have a HURST short shifter in my car... with the harness
on its a very difficult reach to 3rd as I have the seat all the way back.
