In most cases when a hose is listed in the Parts List - Clips = hose
clamps; in this case double wire clamps were original.
Sorry for the confusion.

Ron,
I replaced that hose a year or so ago and for some reason am not remembering
any clips. As best as I can recall, the hose just pretty much layed in the
cavity. Are the clips like "P" hose clamps? Are they supposed to be at the
corners where the hose takes a more or less 90 degree bend?
Thanks, Gene
BTW, as you noted already, the hose is 3/8 ID, but the factory one I took
out was a bit thinner wall than a lot of the hose you find today at the auto
parts store. It is a bit of a tight fit through the cavity across the top,
but I found some thinner than typical wall hose that slipped through okay.

Jim
This is listed in the Alpine Parts List Section UA - #19 breather
pipe - #20 Clip - 2.
There is a nipple on the other side tank that the breather tube attaches.
Offhand, I don't know the size of the hose, possibly 3/8", or how long.
The hose runs between the metal framing where the trunk hinges mount.

Subject: [Tigers] FIller neck vent question
Good Morning all:
I am putting my car together and it runs, wow. The fuel cap filler neck has
a vent that points towards the front of the car. My question is what does
this connect to or is it open, which doesn't make any sense. I cannot find
any details in the either the parts books or either service manual, (Alpine
or Tiger). Any help would be appreciated.
