[Tigers] Engine paint

	I don't see a book in my future. I'm mostly just curious and trying
to help out.

	I was drawn into this when there were a number of asks - What color
should I paint my engine - showed up on the list.  I started with Norms
information and proceeded to refine that from a FoMoCo point of view.  After
that I expanded the quest to all Tiger engine groups.  I'm simply looking
for answers to some of our questions.

In part the problem is that it is a "work in progress."  As more and more
people who can confirm original engine paint Ron Fraiser can closer
delineate various cut off points for changes in the Tigers. It is basically
one person volunteering their time (though it does seem a labor of love) to
gather information that is dependent upon owners being willing to bring
forth.   I do think that it would be great if the "as of..." (such and such
a date) information was posted somewhere. But, that comes at a presenting
cost to somebody.  And for all we know Ron may be creating his own book that

that would rightfully repay him for his efforts.  Though he has graciously
been providing that information simply for being asked.
