[Tigers] Clutch

I rebuilt the clutch master cylinder and now the friction point is about
2 or 3" from the top of the pedal movement. I shortened the slave
cylinder push rod nut as far as it will go with little or no change. The
clutch was new and a good one although I have not gone through the
receipts  to know what kind it is with 15K easy miles. Is the clutch
worn and needs to be replaced or am I missing something on the
adjustment?
