[Tigers] Rootes Paint code 86

To get the Correct #86 take out the hood latch pan and turn it over, then
use polishing compound to clean it. Next take it to an automotive paint
store and have them match the green. We did this on my S2 for #30 sea crest
green, it took them 10 spray outs to get it right, but it IS right.
