[Tigers] Tiger Tire Test

I haven't read the article yet.  But I thought it interesting that I
learned that today's cheapest tires have more grip than the racing tires of
the 60s.  This is good and bad.  Good to have all that traction.  Good
because it kind of makes arguing for the best tire for the car a little
funny where the cheapest one will give better performance than when the
cars were new.  But, bad because the 60s suspensions were not designed for
such grip, putting more forces into the suspension.
