[Tigers] Urban legend

Seems to me Shelby couldn't get his race car to work.  It would have 
been nice if Doane Spencer was involved.
I heard him talk and tell us he expected they would have made a new 
crossmember and put in more
welds as a minimum.  His race car was the one to beat.
