[Tigers] Tiger(s) with Jaguar IRS

I had a conversation with the owner of the second one years ago, the one
in Temecula, and we were scheduled to meet because I was going to be in
the area on business but plans changed and the meeting got cancelled. He
sold the Tiger soon after so I never got another chance. I have a full
Jag IRS with its mounting 'cage' and I wanted to see what had been done
to make it fit. It sounds like it could have been done better...
