[Tigers] Tiger(s) with Jaguar IRS

Yeah, that was the guy that owned it when I saw it.  Yes, I think it could
have been done better, it looked like it just didn't fit.
The cage lets it get rubber mounted in a Jag, just excess size and weight
in a Tiger.
