[TR] Reality check

Only speaking of the "emissions testing" law here in Virginia, the emissions 
must be up to the standards of the "Year of Manufacture", to expect a 1959 
Triumph to meet 20010 standards would sure wipe out any and "ALL" antique" 
autos, the hobbie would be finished.  FT
