are they new? If New you are stuck with shipping them in a box similar as used with CV axles, you are going to pay $70-$100 for the pair.
If they can be disassembled, they each will fit in a 12”x12” flat rate “large box” but caveat you will need more internal reinforcement like 1/8” compressed board and a LOT of stabilization packing because otherwise the boxes will not withstand a coast-t0-coast shipping.

I need a pair of drive shafts for a TR6 shipped from FL to CA.
They are heavy and won't fit in a flat rate box.
What is the best and cheapest way to ship them?
