John Twist made a video on this that might interest you:

The only thing that puzzled me is that he doesn't seem to mention an 
inner seal at all.  I really like John's videos, but the one thing I 
wish he would do is mention what MGs the video can be applied 
to.  Just a sentence or two saying that the MGA or TD or whatever is 
the same/different and you have to do this part differently.  I would 
even be happy if he would just put that in the text with the 
video.  I think that would widen the usefulness of the videos.
