They are out there, pop up on Evil Bay, and I think some of our fine group might have an extra.  I somehow acquired two of them at one point, but that’s because I’m stupid.  Now done to just one.  FWIW, while you’re looking, the Service Parts Manual is, IMHO, more useful, or at least on a par, with the Service manual.
