Imron is epoxy isn't it?? Wow if that even comes off....
My new cylinders from Sunbeam Specialities I think are iron, and
the original Tiger ones were aluminun. The aluminum was fine unpainted
but the iron is rusting on my brake master. You shouldn't have sloshing
fluid though. I had a leak where the new plastic reservoir mated to
the cylinder.. had to make a special washer to allow it to get tight
enough to seal.

How about going to DOT 5 Silicon fluid, Kevin. That's what's in my
Alpine and it is working great... I haven't driven it for more than
a year, maybe two but it still isn't leaking. The Tiger with Girling
LMA would be shot in 6 months easy. And the best thing is it doesn't
eat paint!
