HI...I was surprised to find a list on the internet that included alpines.
I did find the Tiger www page. It seems the Tiger owners are more active. I
am working on restoring two Alpines right now. I have a 67 and 62 plus a 62
parts car. I had originally owned a 67 back in 1969 and really enjoyed it.
About a year and a half ago I started remembering it fondly and started
looking around and found the ones I am working on. The 67 is running and
down to bare metal right now. The 62 has a blown engine that I still have
to switch with the engine in the parts car. I'm interested in hearing about
others experiences in restoring these. I'm not really trying to make "show"
cars. Just want them to get running, look decent and have fun!
