Now that you mention it...I still have lots of pieces all over my garage.
Some of them I have no idea where they go yet. This experience reminds me
that it is always a good idea to label clearly everything you take apart. I
started out labeling on sticky notes and placed the parts and label in
small zip lock bags. After awhile I said to myself...."I can remember what
that is!" and started skipping the labeling. Well, after two years...I hope
I can at least remember the lesson I learned! Maybe others can learn from
my "memory lapse"!
Also...does anyone have any suggestions of how to get the Alpine scripts
back on. I got replacment connectors but it seems too difficult to push the
pins on the script back into the v shaped connectors. I broke off one of
the pins by trying to force it back in. I could always glue them on, but
would rather put them back the way they were supposed to go.
