I have previously suggested using a single downdraft Weber with a Series
III or IV manifold for an inexpensive (relative to dual Webers)
alternative. Someone told me over the weekend that the downdraft Weber
that will work is not a good Weber, and is not even made in Italy. All
that being said, I guess we need more information on the subject.
