Fancy lights

Also at the CAT swap meet, some guy had some really fancy auxilary
lights for the car. They were round, one was a driving light, the other
was a fog light (with clear lens and yellow bulb), in the center they say
"ROOTES". I found pictures of them -- pages 119, 143 of the Tiger and
Alpine Gold Portfolio (as well as a bunch of other pages, but none as
clear). In the Classic Sunbeam book, I'm not sure. The lights pictured
appear larger. How about that picture of Charles Eyre-Maunsell on page 98
with his 1960 Circuit of Ireland rally car? That has to be one of the
best pictures I have ever seen of a Sunbeam. Mr. Eyre-Maunsell looks just
regal. (BTW, those lights look too big). Back to the lights, I don't
want them - I have a pair of Marshals that I used to have on the car, but
decided against this time around. I just thought someone else might.
Like I said, they just looked great. The guy apparently picked them up
NOS for over $200 each! He now wants something in the mid $100's each.
Like I said, I am sticking with my Marshals if at all.
