Hi 'Beamers,

Further to my message to Ray on the "LRX", the serial numbers are
also stamped on the chassis of the "Proper" Alpines, Coupes and Saloons on
the side of the frame just in front of the steering box. Now... do the
"other" Alpines have a frame or are they unit bodies? Perhaps the serial
numbers were still stamped in the same area.
