I think that's about the right prise, at least that is what I pay
for a good quality rotoflex.
There are cheaper ones for about 20 dollars each but they do not last very
long (maybe one year, 10.000 km) and if they break you ruin either your radiator
and damper or exhaust manifold as the driveshaft may come lose and will slam
around in your engine compartment.
(Which makes your Imp not very toweable either !)

So avoid the "CUK" type rotoflex, it's stamped on the rubber.
I had a few of those which lasted about a year only
If you can find some origional ones they're fine: Dunlop, metalastic
The best ones are the competition rotoflexes they are stiffer then the origional
Dunlop ones.
You can also try Lotus drive couplings they are using the same competition rotoflexes
as can be used on the Imp I'm told.
Ford seems to use them as well on there prop shaft but those can not be used although
they seem to fit, the Imps rotoflexes have to be compressed when they are mounted,
so there should be a metal strap around them which you remove when you have fitted
them to the drive shafts.
Also keep an eye on how you fit them to the driveshafts:
First the bolt heads should be on the rotoflex side (not on the flange),
secondly the highest collar on the rotoflex should be on the flanges and
not on the heads of the bolds !
And always use locking nuts (new ones) or use a nut and a proper fitting springring.

Regards, Bert
