Thanks Ole, it was a long uphill battle for the 14 months! It looks
like it will run for a while as there are no unusual noises and the oil pressure
is as noted in the Shop Manual. It hasn't been on the road yet as the salt
is king right now!
On that first gear thing (3.19:1 on the DHC!), I seldom use the
"first" gear except for starting on an incline. It is like the Suzuki
Sidekick we have when in low range!
