Shift Knobs

Ok, I wouldn't want anyone to think I was slacking on my duties to keep
this group active. Some guy posted on the British group that he has wood
shift knobs for sale, which include Alpine knobs. My late Series V
Alpine's shift knob is smaller than most I have seen on Alpines -
including the ones Sunbeam Specialties has. It is about 1.25-1.75" wide
and 2" high and has the full synchro shift pattern carved on top. It is
round on top and tapers down to the bottom. So, how about a survey of
what is out there?
