No special hints except the usual:
Heat the area with a torch to around boiling point. Then apply lots of
penetrating oil/WD40 etc. Try to loosten it hot then cold.
 OR
Try actually tightening it a fraction to break the seal. often the bolt
is not torqued that tight - its corrosion. This sometimes works.
 OR
Dont scrap the car - consult an engineering firm - they may be able to
drill it out by CAREFULLY drilling down the center of the bolt and
retapping the thread.

I'm sure there are other hints that people may suggest
