My understanding is that the stock air cleaner on Series II alpines consists
of a black sheet metal collector box which attaches to both carbs and is
connected by a rubber hose to a dry element air cleaner which is mounted by a
huge hose-type clamp to the inner fender.

panel. Mine is a dull ugly gray color, and weathered badly, so it's hard
to tell what was original.>>
The stock series II dashboard is that dull, ugly, grey colour.
