There is a series V car at the European Sports Car Garage in Sacramento,
Calilfornia. I am told that the main bearings are shot. The interior is
threadbare and there are plenty of dents but no obvious rust. The car is
non overdrive and has solid rather than wire wheels. If anyone is
interested in a parts car or complete rebuilder, call Paul (senior or
junior) at (916) 441-5412. These guys are usually very unrealistic when
it comes to $$$, so be prepared to haggle a lot.
Ron Klopfer up in Auburn has two series II parts cars and one
series V parts car. He is interested in parting them out or selling the
whole enchilada if you want it. He is a very nice and reasonable guy (as

P.S. Isn't there someone out there that has put a rear sway bar on an
early series car? I'd like to talk to them to figure out how to mount it
to the frame since the early series cars don't have frame bolts.
